Project description
Land van Anna is a new residential area in Goirle, located on the southern edge of Tilburg. This neighborhood offers a mix of 185 homes, including detached villas, spacious semi-detached houses, luxury apartments, and social housing.
The neighborhood is characterized by strong integration with the surrounding landscape. Situated adjacent to the Gorp & Roovert nature reserve and the Nieuwe Leij river, the plan combines residential living with a green and sustainable living environment.
For one of the detached houses within the project, the wide slab floors have been structurally calculated and fully detailed for production.
