Project description
Het Hofje van Weltevreden is a residential development consisting of 31 apartments in Kralingen-Oost, one of Rotterdam's most characteristic residential neighborhoods. The development is situated near the Kralingse Plas and the Kralingse Bos and is surrounded by an area characterized by abundant greenery and historic architecture.
The structural engineering included the structural calculations and structural drawings of the wide slab floors for the first floor, the second floor, and the roof.
The floor systems have been fully developed, from structural calculations up to and including detailed reinforcement and production drawings for the precast concrete elements.
