Project description
Goudestein is a care and residential complex in Hellevoetsluis consisting of 57 care homes for two care providers. The complex offers a combination of spacious studios and two-room care apartments, complemented by communal areas and a green living environment. Located on the west side of Voorne-Putten, the complex offers a comfortable living environment near the amenities of Hellevoetsluis. The structural engineering included providing structural calculations and the drafting of the precast slab floors for the first and second floors.
