Project description
Waterroos Kwarts is a residential development of 32 apartments in the Rozenbuurt in Zwaag, located near the historic village center.
The building consists of 32 three-room apartments, divided into eight different housing types. The architectural design gives the apartment complex the appearance of a large house, combined with contemporary and energy-efficient design principles.
The objective of this project entailed the structural calculation and drafting of the wide slab floors from the first to the sixth floor.
