Project description
The project involves the construction of 24 new studios in Venlo, primarily designed for single-person households and first-time buyers. The three-story building is being constructed on a site where existing buildings were demolished to make way for this development. The structural engineering encompassed performing structural calculations for the wide-slab floors on the first floor, second floor, and roof level. The floor systems were developed from structural calculations to detailed element and reinforcement drawings for the precast concrete elements.
