Project description
Schijns Structural Engineering was responsible for the calculations and detailed engineering of the wide slab floors for the first and second floors of 62 homes in the 'De Notentuin' housing project in Lelystad.
The 'De Notentuin' project is being realized in the Klein Nooten neighborhood, at a unique location in Lelystad. The project consists of 62 homes situated along the future Maple Park in Lelystad. It comprises 14 terraced houses, 40 semi-detached houses, and 8 detached houses. The homes feature a contemporary rural architectural style with gable roofs.
