Project description
Noorderheem is a care complex in Lelystad consisting of 42 care apartments, designed to provide a comfortable and supportive living environment for the future residents.
The development comprises a combination of care studios, two-room care apartments, and four communal living rooms. Situated next to a small park, the building benefits from a quiet and green environment.
The objective of this project was the structural calculation and drafting of the wide slab floors of the first floor.
