Project description
The project comprises five age-friendly homes in the village of Swolgen, located in the municipality of Horst aan de Maas in North Limburg. The development consists of one semi-detached house and a block of three terraced houses. The homes are situated in a rural setting surrounded by the characteristic North Limburg landscape, with various forests and nature reserves in the immediate vicinity. The engineering included structural calculation, drafting, and the provision of production files for the wide-slab floors for the five homes.
